On the agenda is the lifting of liquor moratoriums at 5419 N Sheridan and 5343 N Sheridan. Two different purchasers are planning to buy the stores in the Park Tower building and the Breakers building. They are requesting the moratorium be lifted so they can proceed with the liquor license application and purchase of the business.
