(photo courtesy of Crain's Chicago)Loyola University Chicago continues its expansion of it's Lakwieshore campus with the purchase of Wright Hall at 6394 N Sheridan Rd. Wright Hall was owned by the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary which merged it's all-women's college with Loyola in 1991. Loyola's plans for the building are not finalized, but they plan to use it for a combination of offices and research labs. The sale price of the 11-story building was $9.5M.
