According to Eater.com, the Hopleaf expansion that we mentioned last March stalled a bit due to contruction and funding issues but is once again gaining steam. Owner Michael Roper is hoping to receive final permits in February so he can begin the build-out and is targeting a mid-summer opening. The expansion into the former La Donna space will more than double the size of Hopleaf and give them the proper kitchen to also expand their menu.
