This is ridiculous!!! I walk that route every night at this time on my way home from work. This is simply another fantastic example of how the government has precipitated problems. Keep supplementing poverty Rahm... we will have more of this!!! If your interested in stopping things like this, research liberty and freedom.
How does one "research" liberty and freedom? or are you just one of those people who throws around buzzwords without actually knowing what they mean. Hey I can do that too, "research patriotism, individual freedoms, the constitution!!" (eyeroll) Yeesh!
