Last week we mentioned that a new medical building was coming to the corner of Victoria & Broadway. Well apparently construction has already begun - thanks to a reader for submitting the above photo of the activity. Construction is well under way - but apparently not with Union workers as yesterday morning and this morning there was a Union-man out front with the big inflatable RAT I guess to let us know they're not using Union Iron Workers.
