At the end, you reference an incident at Foster Beach. I must have missed that one. What happened?

Nathan, that day, there were several 911 calls indicating gangmembers were arguing and acted up at Foster Beach. People called the police, because they feared violence would erupt.

I was at the intersection about 7:30 and it was filled with a lot of people. The blacks were coming from the North and were laughing. No fighting. While I wsa driving west to Andersonville, 3 flying squad cars with sirens passed me going East. I have never seen that intersection so crowded but they were all calm.
