Scab Rat on Broadway
A reader sent in the above photo, which was taken at the new medical building being constructed on Broadway at Vicoria. It appears the rat was placed in protest of the project not using union iron workers. Check out more of his pictures here on Flickr.
It figures. This was a project that Mary Ann Smith rushed thru before her departure without convening her phoney Z&P committee. When we enquired we were told not to worry because our former State Treasurer's relatives were involved.
The BARGE block club & its 5 members were asked to approve an alley access.
