New Healthy, Quick-Service Korean Restaurant Opens On Broadway

A new Korean restaurant that focuses on healthy eating has opened at 5357 N. Broadway in Edgewater. The new fast-casual eatery called Bibim Town has a modern vibe and will offer complimentary Barely-Buckwheat tea to its customers.

The menu has all the typical favorites, such as bibim bap and Korean ramen, and all are cooked with special attention to its natural ingredients. Every week, a new special vegetable or ingredient is featured in the cooking such as kale or dandelion.

“We have spent 2 years developing our recipes with a focus on bringing out the natural flavors of various vegetables and fruits,” according to their Facebook page. “If you are looking for healthy and tasty Korean food with homemade flavor and fast service.”

The restaurant is dine-in and carry-out. They are open five days a week, Tuesday-Saturday (closed Sunday-Monday).
