It has been a big year for Bill Millholland and Terry Groff, the co-owners of Baker and Nosh at 1303 W. Wilson Ave in Uptown.
Back in January of this year, they set off excitement in Edgewater by announcing their second location at 5600 N. Ridge at Broadway. Today, the PR team that represents the local eatery announced that their current Uptown location will be relocating into the old Starbucks location one block south at Magnolia and Wilson.
According to the release, they will be relocating this Fall. The new space will be larger and have an improved layout with updated décor. There will also be a spacious outdoor patio, a larger selection of grab-and-go items and a La Colombe Draft Latte station.
“This location offers more space with just over 2,000 square feet and room for 50 seats,” says Groff. “The extra space will allow for a more efficient layout, making it much easier for folks in a rush to stop by the bakery for coffee and a pastry to-go.”
The Uptown Baker and Nosh move should come shortly after the Edgewater location opening which, according to the company, is set for late Summer.
