After almost four years in business a popular neighborhood restaurant, Revival Social Club at 1133 W. Granville Ave in North Edgewater, announced on their Facebook page that they will be shuttering to make way for a new concept restaurant with new ownership.

Revival Social Club replaced M. Henrietta in late 2014. Both restaurants were popular with critics and locals alike, however neither was able to keep from closing. They will be offering specials all week which will lead to their closing party on Saturday night – their final service.

“It is always sad to say goodbye to something that has meant so much to you,” said the Facebook post. “Thank you to all our loyal regulars and invaluable staff who have supported us and have given us so many memories that we will cherish forever. Chris and I will be at REVIVAL thanking friends and customers for their support Friday and Saturday night.”

The space, which seats 74 inside with a back patio area that seats another 20 during the warmer months of the year, will be taken over by the new ownership after Saturday. There is no word on what the new restaurant will be or when it will open.
