Celebrate in Andersonville on August 10, as restaurants on two different routes welcome neighbors and friends, old and new.

There is a vegetarian ‘salt’ route and a meaty ‘pepper’ route. Cost for each route is $30 until August 7, or you can purchase the entire package, “the whole enchilada”, for $55. During the week of the sale or as availability allows, a single route is $35 and the combination package is $65. You can even enjoy a visit to the Andersonville Farmers Market which coincides with the time of the Taste.

“Sales have been steady,” says Joelle Scillia of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce. “You can pick up your passport at the Swedish American Museum as early as 4 PM on the day of the dinner, and the dinner goes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.”

Another important feature of this event mentioned on the Chamber’s web site is that $1 of the price of every ticket is contributed to our neighborhood food pantry, Care for Real.
