Buddist Monk speaks at Women & Children First

Gen Kelsang Dorje, a Buddhist Monk, will present Inner Peace: Freedom from Anger, at the Women and Children First Bookstore, 5233 N. Clark St., Chicago, on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A long-time student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Gen Dorje will be base his talk on the book How to Solve our Human Problems, written by Geshe Gyatso, that provides practical concepts and methods for attaining a peaceful mind and heart.

            Gen Dorje has many years experience in teaching Dharma and currently has the role of Resident Teacher at the Vajrayana Kadampa Buddhist Center in Oak Park. Through his personable and humorous presentations, Gen Dorje makes Buddha’s teachings accessible to all. Everyone is welcome to hear this talk.
