According to a press release from Newcastle Limited, the real estate investment firm has purchased the multi-use building at 1200 W Granville (along with a building in Lakeview) for $9.1 million from Sheon Realty Co. in an all-cash deal.
The building at 1200 W Granville is approximately 30,000 square feet and consists of 32 studio rental units along with 6,750 square feet of retail space at the street level.
Newcastle has plans to spruce up both the curb appeal and the rental units of the building.
