It’s All About ABBA This Friday In Andersonville

How fitting that Sweden’s biggest export to hit the world is relived in Andersonville – the neighborhood known for its historic Swedish heritage. Tomorrow ABBARAMA will entertain the die-hard legions of fans playing ABBA favorites.

ABBA is not only a singing group, it is a full-fledged lifestyle! Four musicians that come from three different countries (Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States) will rock the Swedish American Museum on Friday, September 21. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and reservations may be made by going to SwedishAmericanMuseum.com.

Their ABBA tribute takes on a bit more of a modern electronic sound and is produced by Grammy award winning producer Greg Collins (U2, No Doubt). They relive all the fashion and kitsch that made the original band popular but add video projections by LA pop artist Kii Arens (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry) to give a more sensational performance.

Also playing the House of Blues on September 22. the ABBARAMA show at the Swedish American Museum will most likely give attendees a more personal experience.

So rock those polyester bell bottoms and over indulge in your ocean blue eye shadow because it’s all about the ABBA in Andersonville this weekend.
