Loved it when the upstairs was a dance studioand a rehearsal space for a band plus an apt. PlusEl Norte on the bottom. It all was a neighborhood treasure. I suppose the upstairs space now is a lot of little spaces for singles featuring granite ,exposedbrickand high rent!
