I loved White Attic, but it became so unbelievably expensive–even more expensive than new items from Crate & Barrel or Room & Board, and that’s when I knew it wouldn’t be sustainable for the long-term. The prices were absolutely shocking. People want mid-century items that are affordable and attainable, not so expensive that even a lamp costs $400. I wish the owners luck in their future endeavors.

That’s sad. Very nice people who work here. I wish I could have supported them with my $; just wasn’t my style of furnishings – very pretty stuff, just not my style. Good luck, White Attic peeps!
