But for you to suggest that it has “no long-lasting positive benefits to the community” is ridiculous. Loyola is the largest employer in the neighborhood and its college students provide customers to neighborhood businesses.

Redesigning the once-residential Edgewater neighborhood north of Granville into a tax-exempt, transient campus town has no long-lasting positive benefits to the community at large.
