Be The First To Know

We need a home!!!

Grommit and his equally extra-large puppy brother, Wallace, are the newest additions to the One Tail at a Time family and truth be told, we are guessing on their breed. We think they are somewhere in between an Old English Sheep Dog, an Irish Wolfhound, and a Scottish Deerhound. What we do know, is that when we received a desperate phone call that these boys were about to be euthanized at a high kill shelter and were in urgent need of rescue, we couldn’t say no! Though only about 5-months-old, these two are already big fellows and are definitely going to be large adults. However, they are destined to be gentle giants as they are very sweet with both people and other dogs. They are having a great time hanging out with their new BBC buddies, but can’t wait to find loving forever homes!

Here is Johnny Boy! This super cute 4-year-old is just wonderful with people and other pooches! He is currently crashing at the BBC and is doing great with all his new canine and human buddies. Johnny Boy also has a great energy level; he loves going for a good walk but is also very content snuggling on the couch. He would do well in a home with a canine buddy, or being the dog of the house! He is as goofy as they come (as are all bassets!) and we know that he will make a great addition to anyone’s home!

As with all One Tail at a Time dogs, Wallace, Grommit, and Johnny Boy are fixed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $200 each.
