Foul Play? don’t leave home without an ID somewhere on your person or belongings. Can we have an alert for persons that are hospitalized or incarcerated without Identification? Michael would have been finger printed as an employee of Evanston Schools…Can the hospital do a simple finger print analysis and send it to the FBI when they are charging 10,000 a day to care for a patient? Seems like a worthwhile test.
