It’s that time of year when New Year’s resolutions are fresh and people are flocking to the gyms. Whether you’re a gym buff athelete who’s looking to up their game, a casual gym goer looking for something new, or a couch potato looking for some motivation The Bootcamp Express could be a great option for you to reach your fitness goals. I recently had the opportunity to check out The Bootcamp Express and would highly recommend it. The concept is a group training circuit which will have you bouncing around the studio from warm-up to various excercises to a cool down. In my experiences (which were mid-afternoon weekdays) I was the only person there so it was literally like having a one-on-one training session. Don’t expect that everytime, as I am sure this place will quickly catch on, but do realize that the trainers are great, friendly and motivational and will work with any fitness level. I go to a gym fairly regularly but learned new techniques and my trainer also pointed out obvious areas of weaknesses in my body which don’t get addressed from my “same old-same old” workout routine in my first visit.
