If you’ve yet to check out the Quest Theatre Ensemble’s Males Order Brides playing at The Blue Theater (1609 W Gregory), you’ll want to do so soon as there are only a few performances left.
Males Order Brides is a story about four unexpecting husbands to be, including a lumberjack, a saloon owner, and two widowers who are love-starved and tricked by a lawyer and an actress that plot to kill the bridegrooms after they each become engaged to the actress, Starr Billings, and leave the actress a widow to all four.
The show runs Friday and Saturday evenings at 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm from now until October 14th. The show is free, however donations are accepted. Reservations highly recommended. They have unfortunately had to turn away some playgoers due to a packed house.
