No progress at Ole Ole?

Ole Ole employees are owed over $125,000 in unpaid wages and planned to protest in front of the “nuevo Latino” restaurant on Clark Street in Andersonville last night. The restaurant is accused of minimum wage violations, unpaid overtime violations and for improperly deductions from employee paychecks. A protest was originally scheduled in December but was called off after Ole Ole ownership agreed to meet to discuss a settlement, as we previously reported.
