The developer of this project is having a lot of problems with their project on the corner of Catalpa and Broadway. The owner’s are suing Bluewater. Bluewater has also revised their original plan for the development increasing the size of the building and decreasing the size of units within the building. This is not a good project for our neighborhood. Mary Ann Smith is going to meet with neighbors of the planned development to once again hear concerns about the project and developer.

Is this the lot that formerly held a motel and now will be a condo called Blue Water or something like that? Couldn’t tell from the artist’s rendering. I don’t know any area on north Sheridan that looks like that.
