Still don’t get why they limit the meter time to 15 minutes per quarter instead of longer on streets like Bryn Mawr. It’s different than most streets in that it has a lot of restaurants for one stretch. Wouldn’t you want people to stay longer and spend more instead of having to hustle out to their care every few minutes to feet the damn meter? in an area with a lot of retail shopping business that might make sense, but in areas where you might want the customers to stay longer, what’s the point in hustling them out.?
