The big question is, where would people park? Unless the business owner can find a place to valet park multiple cars, parking would be a major issue. Also not sure what impact lots of people arriving for an event would have on an already heavily congested, high traffic location.

I hope they can figure out the logistics. This building is too beautiful and unique to sit unoccupied.
