I wonder if drugs/gangs were involved. Seriously, I’m about this close (holding thumb and index finger together) to calling Mr. Ostermann’s office every single day to get some specifics on what the city is doing to clamp down on the seemingly never-ending gang war that’s going on in that half-square mile of the city. I can’t wait till The Ostermann Block Safety Road Show hits my part of Edgewille.
