Cesar’s Killer Margaritas

It is rumored that Cesar’s Killer Margaritas is in the works for obtaining a liquor license and building permits for 5403 N. Clark. The property which housed 2 Mexican restaurants in the past, Angel’s and La Cocina de Frida, has sat vacant for a couple years now and local residents have been hungry for a new Mexican eatery to choose from.

Cesar’s which has 2 very popular restaurants in Lakeview, has been looking for the perfect new opportunity in a new neighborhood. Andersonville is a perfect choice. Since Frida’s departure, the strip has been lacking on a large Mexican dining establishment with a liquor license. The location also has a really terrific patio that will be a nice outdoor dining choice during the summer. Did I mention Killer Margaritas?

Would be nice and I’ll bet they’ll last more that 15 months without some sort of drama but OMG………it’s a “chain”.
So your burrito won’t have a vodka infused sprig of mint on top for $10 extra while Lady Gaga is blaring over your table. Get over it.

Be happy something already established is going to occupy the space. and hopefully not close within 6 mos due to inept service and overpriced, crap food. Bring out the baseball caps, watch Grindr explode during the frat fiesta!
