Is that seat taken?

It will be soon, according to the City of Chicago. According to this article in the Sun-Times, the Streets and Sanitation department is finally stepping up and plans to remove any chairs, pails, or other junk that Chicagoans leave in the street. This has become a common practice after heavy snow falls when people shovel a parking spot in a public street and for some reason they believe they are entitled to “hold” it. Move yo chair, fool….if you want a private parking spot we suggest renting one! Check out Parking Spotter or Craigslist to find a rental spot near you.
