They had addresses of Cabrini Green and the south side. But their gangs territory includes Uptown, and they are recruiting members from Uptown as well.

However, the Uptown criminals and gangs are not dumb. If there is enough heat against them, they will just move elsewhere. They can go south to Wrigleyville or north to Edgewater. I can only guess which would the easier path for them to go.
