Huge pothole on Sheridan finally repaired
We’ve been informed that on Thursday of last week the extremely large (and dangerous) pothole at Sheridan at Glenlake was finally fixed. Residents had been complaining about the pothole, which had also caused minor flooding in the street, for a few weeks but were told Streets & Sanitation were backed up due to the large amounts of potholes and other street repairs needed around the city.
Two weeks ago Alderman Harry Osterman, his staff, and residents walked up and down Sheridan Road to survey several blocks and made a list of issues that need to be resolved, including this one.
