"Gaztro-Wagon" coming to Edgewater?

Matt Maroni is a chef, as well as the owner of Chicago Food Trucks. He’s hoping to bring the concept of a quality focused, sanitary mobile food truck to the Edgewater area this month, in what he calls the “Gaztro-Wagon.” Maroni plans to focus on flatbread/wrap concoctions called “naan-wiches.” The menu can be found over at Time Out Chicago.

The Gaztro-Wagon operation will be headquartered at a 12-seat permanent location at 5973 N. Clark St.
