The officer was pissed the dispatcher was giving him 2 jobs at once.

He finally snapped back…

All the other officers chimed in over the air. Meow. Cat fight….

The reason. Officers are short handed in the neighborhoods. Downtown deploys most of our beat police to cover the Taste.

Some fool has been setting off fireworks on the 1400 block of Edgewater. Starting around 8PM the last 3 nights. I have yet to ascertain who the responsible party is. They seem to have an inexhaustible supply of roman candles.

I just hope they managed to catch & confiscate on this call.
