Farmers Market season is almost here

The warm weather of the summer season means a plethora of great outdoor events are approaching (that’s why we put up with the nasty winters, right?) and one of the most looked forward to events are the Farmers Markets across the neighborhood. There are three great options of Farmers Markets in Edgewater/Andersonville offering up an array of vendors and even live entertainment.
Andersonville Farmers Market – located on Berwyn between Clark and Ashland, the Andersonville Farmers Market runs on Wednesdays from June 5th to October 16th, from 3pm – 8pm in the summer and then closes an hour earlier in the fall beginning on September 11th.
Edgewater Farmers Market – located at Norwood and Broadway, the Edgewater Farmers Market runs on Saturdays from 8am – 1pm.
Loyola Farmers Market – located on the southwest corner of Albion and Sheridan, the Loyola University Farmers Market runs on Mondays from June 10th to October 14th, with summer hours of 3pm – 7pm and fall hours of 2:30pm – 6:30pm beginning on September 30th.
