Balmoral on Saturday, June 22nd from 3pm to 8pm. This event will invite the entire community to participate in a block-wide flashback to 1967, the summer of love. There will be a “Woof-Stock” stage featuring live tribute bands to the Beatles and other 1960-1970’s themed music. This event is in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles invasion of the USA.

The organization is asking a $10 suggested entry donation, which includes a plate of homestyle cooked food. Other specialty food will also be available for purchase on site, as well as many groovy vendors selling merchandise for you furry friends. The event is 100% dog friendly the public is encouraged to bring their animals and participate in our most original 60’s flashback costume contest! There will be a raffle and silent auction, as well as a Beatles sing-a-long. Famous Fido says, “we want to send everyone back to a time of nostalgia, where “all you need is love!”

All proceeds from this event benefit the rescue animals and help pay for the vet bills and care of the 60 dogs and cats that are under our rescue.
