Downtown transit rides from that spot now are at least two seats and one hour; a walking catchment area of 4-6 blocks would get a 20-minute ride instead.

Couldn’t make out anything. Why will they build a station without any commuter parking. Will anyone use it? Why not purchase land from the cemetery?

I can’t see a thing. It’s not very thoughtful of those trying to make these projects accessible to the public.
