    back taxes…?….State Liquor taxes?

So sad… I feel guilty for not having been there recently. It’s a great place!

I wish them well, although I haven’t been impressed by their beer selection or their food in some time. And the interior needs a lot of help. In this city, possessing a liquor license is like having a license to print money…you guard it zealously. To let it lapse is suicide.

Fundraiser?! Really? Sounds more like St. Andrews has just found a way to make money selling all that beer and wine they are no longer allowed to sell. Everything must Go!! And knowing Julius he will probably charge a healthy

Great News…..the St. Andrew’s is just temporarily closed
due to some financial issues and the challenging economy.

Our liquor license was revoked due to back tax issues that
we have been dealing with. The “unforeseen circumstances” that we
experienced was a burglary in December of a large portion of our liquor
inventory as well as other damages. We had to replace all of this to prepare
for the holidays and that got us behind on our other financial obligations.

Some have ask about my community ties: I have been an active member of the Edgewater Community for
eight years. I’m on the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce Board of Director. I’m
also a member of the Thorndale Action Task Force.I have contributed food and coupons to countless of
neighborhood raffles, block club meetings and street festivals. I plan to continue
being a very active member of the community

We are having a fundraiser on April 11th at the Ethiopian
Diamond at 6120. N. Broadway from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. The fundraiser will include
a Buffet, Wine, Beer and Entertainment. Cost of admission: A contribution to
    St. Andrew’s Inn.

A fund raiser? That’s what your business is for. Issues like that should be covvered in your business plan. Sounds like poor business management.

That place was awful. Bad food. Bad customer service. Good beer selection. The beer selection was the one and only thing I liked about the place and they’ll no longer have it to serve. That place needs to be revamped. It needs it bad. It reminded me of a bad ‘holiday inn’ bar that happened to have a great beer selection.
