I love Pizzeria Aroma, so I’m definitely looking forward to the upgrade of Coffee Chicago into this new place.

He is a great guy……We frequented his pizza place for years. The Dots Mgt and Sales team went for lunch almost daily!!!…. good food, great prices and he was always behind that counter taking orders and making friends with his customers! will certainly be going to the new place! Today I was looking for a place to hang out and get some work done before a show and found that Chicago Grind is open until 9p, while Kitchen Sink closes at 6:30p. So for me, Chicago Grind is going to be more useful.

This looks like a nicely rehabbed space offering up a different atmosphere than my current favorite coffee shop, Kitchen Sink. I wonder if the owners have a friendly relationship, especially because they serve different products, or if the owner of CGC considers the two cafes to be in direct competition? I hope there is room for both, as I can see where both establishments are great places for the neighborhood.
