I’ve been walking Clark Ave. frequently and wondering about that little sticker and how long it’s been there. I find it hard to believe that nobody else has seen it. In case you don’t see it on the attached photo it says “WHITE WAY” on it. Is there anyone that can explain this? Thanks.
