The Compound, as it was referred to, was REZA’s family home. He has owned a lot of property in the neighborhood without good reputation. I don’t know if he still does. It doesn’t surprise me that he would charge top dollar or even that he would be the developer of his property. My hunch is ,just a hunch, he doesn’t care about neighborhood values. Deinitely a money guy.

As the owner of this development, I need to correct the information shown. The top floor two bedroom plus den units are in fact +/- 1500 square feet and not 1200 square feet as described, plus the substantial private outdoor spaces for each.
