Thorndale Positive Loitering

Thorndale positive loitering is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the northeast corner of Thorndale and Broadway (Little Corner Restaurant).  Walkers will concentrate on Thorndale between Broadway and Sheridan.
