Fall Fest is open to the public and is fun for all ages. It runs on Saturday, October 19th from 10am to 2pm. The event takes place in front of Edgewater Baptist Church (1401 W Hollywood) which is at the corner of Glenwood and Holywood. We’re going to be offering freshly grilled food items (hot dogs and hamburgers), caramel apples, candy, homemade doughnuts, apple bobbing, and face painting. We’ll have a variety of booths, games, and a couple of jumping houses for kids of all ages. Attending the event is free, and all of the games and food are very affordable through the purchase of tickets.
Fall Fest is a great opportunity for Edgewater and surrounding areas to come out and enjoy family-oriented fun, games, and lots of tasty food. All proceeds go toward supporting Safeplace. Safeplace is an after-school tutoring program that gives local children (K-8th grade) a safe place to go after school, where they learn about the gospel, do their homework, and receive one-on-one tutoring.
