    The Edgewater Chamber of Commerce and about 200 people honored Sheli Lulkin for her 19 years of service to the neighborhood at the Breakers last night.     According to YoChicago, the new condo development at 6238 N Broadway has been renamed from “The Granville” to “The Clarovista.” Huh? I have no idea what Clarovista means, or if it is even a word, but the place looks more like a retirement home than modern condos….maybe they should have named it Del Boca Vista.
